About the role
Insight Global is seeking entry-level sales candidates for immediate hire. This is an entry-level sales role.
Responsibilities
- Build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global
- Learn all about staffing and our services – and how to sell them to current and future clients
- Play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates by reviewing resumes from our internal database and online job boards, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates to meet hiring managers, and ultimately negotiating job offers to get them hired
- Work with recruiters to learn about staffing and selling services
- Run in-person meetings and lunches to get to know hiring goals, team dynamics, and sell how our services can elevate their business
- Work with the recruiting team to find the perfect candidates to fill each role
- Gain one-on-one mentorship from account managers
Qualifications
- Experience in on-campus leadership, Greek life, student organizations, athletics, internships
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- A four-year college degree is required

Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $38,000- $68,640, and a $5,000 LTI (Long Term Incentive) one-year anniversary award
- Up to a $10,000 base salary increase upon promotion, commission supplement ($450 a month)
