About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer I to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to build foundational skills in software testing, automation, and quality processes while contributing to a collaborative engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Learns to create and maintain basic automated scripts and gains familiarity with testing tools and concepts.
- Schedules and performs testing as assigned; submits errors and issues to development for correction, and retests corrected code.
- Tracks defects and causal analysis to closure. Reports findings clearly, effectively, and as requested.
- Aids more senior team members in maintaining test environments/data to be used with test automation.
- Analyzes script results and reports issues as requested.
- Follows documented departmental and corporate standards.
- May create or assist with creation of manual tests.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or specialized engineering training, such as an apprenticeship, internship, learning co-op, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence to enhance project results.
- Self-driven, creative, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5% to attend internal business meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

- Credit union or banking experience.
- Familiarity with GCP technologies, Python, and Cypress.
- Professional work experience or class exposure to programming and/or data management.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $48,500- $72,000. This posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary above or below this range and is subject to change in the future.
Schedule
This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.
