Entry-Level Psychology Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and community centers.
• Assess and document progress regularly and communicate findings to families and other team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ABA Therapy.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certificate.
• A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm.
