About the Role

This position is based out of our Madison office, supporting projects across the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Support Estimating Teams: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, secure competitive quotes, and identify cost-effective construction methods to ensure precision and creativity in project estimates.
• Elevate Project Management: Use state-of-the-art tools like BIM to organize vital documents, lead project start-up activities, manage changes, track material deliveries, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Innovate and Implement: Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures that set industry standards, and contribute to project reporting for stakeholders and clients.
• On-Site Engagement and Learning: Visit job sites, participate in project meetings, and gain hands-on experience to understand the intricacies of construction tasks.
• Contribute and Grow: Suggest improvements, engage in policy and procedure optimization, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
