Entry-level Project Engineer

Project Engineer (0-3 Years Experience) Are you a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional looking for more than a typical Project Engineer role? This position supports large-scale projects across aviation, logistics, distribution, postal, and food & beverage facilities. You'll work on conveyor systems, structural steel installations, automated material handling systems, and complex industrial infrastructure that keeps major facilities operating efficiently. Responsibilities Support project planning, coordination, and execution from kickoff through completionWork directly with clients, owners, vendors, and internal project teamsTrack project schedules, budgets, action items, and deliverablesCoordinate between office and field personnel to ensure project successAssist with submittals, RFIs, reports, logs, and project documentationSupport technical problem-solving on industrial and material handling systemsTravel to project sites as needed to support project teamsDevelop the skills needed to eventually lead projects independently Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldOpen to recent graduates0-3 years of engineering, construction, project coordination, or related experienceRecent graduates & entry level candidates encouraged to apply! Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
