Entry Level Production Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The Production Assistant will support event setup, operational logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure all production elements run smoothly during events and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site production tasks
• Prepare and organize materials, equipment, and supplies for events
• Support team members with day-to-day operational and production needs
• Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and properly arranged
• Maintain inventory of production materials and assist with restocking
• Monitor workflow during events and report any issues to supervisors
• Help coordinate logistics to ensure timely execution of event activities

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in events, production, or general labor is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
