Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set to ensure timely and efficient production workflows.
• Support production staff by running errands, managing paperwork, and coordinating schedules as needed.
• Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the production area throughout the shooting process.
• Facilitate communication between different departments and team members to promote a smooth production environment.
• Assist with managing inventory of production materials and equipment, reporting any shortages or issues.
• Provide on-set support, including managing talent needs and assisting with crowd control when necessary.

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in film, media, or production is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as production schedules demand.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting equipment and standing for long periods during production shoots.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
