As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the production team throughout all stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.Manage and organize production materials and supplies as needed.Support scheduling by tracking shoot days, rehearsals, and other key events.Help with on-site logistics such as parking, catering, and transportation. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as production demands.Basic technical knowledge of production equipment and software is preferred.
