Entry Level Procurement Analyst

About the role

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Spares is seeking an Entry Procurement Analyst (Level 1) for its Dallas, TX team. The analyst will join the Supplier Performance team supporting Boeing Global Services – Government (BGS‑G), performing continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, supporting supplier execution, and managing risk, issues, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the direct external supplier interface, maintaining awareness of order status and constraints impacting supplier performance.
• Balance supply and demand to support dynamic customer requirements.
• Lead and establish the basis for recovery, corrective, and preventative action plans.
• Communicate supplier and organization performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities to team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge in Supply Chain/Procurement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience working in a team atmosphere with the ability to work across functions (teamwork).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Self‑starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Additional Requirements

• U.S. export control compliance – must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Drug‑free workplace testing as outlined in Boeing policies.
• Successful completion of Boeing’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment.
• Credit check required for this position.

Export Control Requirements

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. Only U.S. Persons are eligible.

Pay

Summary pay range: $52,000 – $74,000, based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.

Schedule

1st shift position.
