Entry-Level Precast CAD Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create fabrication and construction-level precast/prestressed concrete drawings.
• Use AutoCAD 2024 or newer versions and Revit depending on project requirements.
• Cook up with team members to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Develop precision detailing skills in a real-world production environment.
• Gain experience working on projects that move from design to fabrication.

About the role

This position is ideal for someone early in their drafting career who wants hands-on experience creating real-world fabrication and construction-level drawings. You will work on precast and prestressed concrete projects and gain exposure to both AutoCAD and Revit in a production environment that directly supports construction and manufacturing.

Requirements

Must have a strong foundation in AutoCAD and Revit, or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024 or newer versions and Revit.

Schedule
