Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training Included - Talent Pool
About the role
Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for immediate consideration. This position is part of a talent pool for future classes in St. Louis starting in July and August. Candidates must bring a positive attitude, aptitude with hand tools, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Qualifications
No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).

Pay
The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00/hour. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Schedule
Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!
