Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training Included

About the role

Dent Wizard is hiring for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians in St. Louis for July and August classes. This is a no-experience-needed opportunity with comprehensive training, transportation, lodging, and meals provided. The role offers unlimited earning potential and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Qualifications

No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive, paid training (6 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).

Pay

The starting compensation is expected to be $22.05/hour. The actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
