Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training Included

About the role

Dent Wizard is hiring Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians for July and August classes in St. Louis. The position offers paid training, transportation, lodging, and meals. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Qualifications

No experience necessary – comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included) is provided.

Pay

The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00/Hour. Commission-based uncapped earning potential is also available. First year earning potential ranges from $50,000-$75,000, while long-term earning potential can reach $70,000-$150,000+

Schedule

Work on a variety of vehicles, from new models to classics. The schedule varies based on the specific job and location.
