Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Conduct thorough multi-point video inspections on customer vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with shuttle driving and porter duties
- Complete light building maintenance tasks as needed
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle service status
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up with evolving automotive technology
- Demonstrate professionalism and superior customer service at all times
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge and some hands-on experience in a professional setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Over 18 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to “Fix it right the first time”
