No mortgage industry experience is required. AmeriSave provides hands-on PAID training, followed by collaboration with some of the most talented mortgage professionals in the industry. Ideal for those newer to mortgage sales or returning to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans while meeting all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements.
• Leverage persuasive and selling skills to help clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
• Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment to exceed sales targets and grow commission earnings.

Requirements

• Must meet all NMLS requirements and have passed the NMLS SAFE exam.
• Passion for helping people and experience in sales or a service-oriented environment.
• Self-directed, motivated, and results-driven with a competitive, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High-speed internet for remote work: Cable or Fiber ONLY with Ethernet capability. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
• Remote work applicants may not work from California.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $12.00-$16.50, against commission based on individual performance. Target annual compensation is $50,000 – $200,000, with top performers consistently averaging over $100,000 per year.

Supplemental pay types include hourly draw, commissions, ramp-up incentives, and referral bonuses.
