About the Role

We are looking for a Loan Originator who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy winning, have persuasive skills, and consistently exceed sales targets, this role is for you. No prior mortgage industry experience is required—we provide the best hands-on PAID training in the industry. Following training, you will join some of the most talented mortgage professionals in the field.

Responsibilities

• Meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
• Pass the NMLS SAFE exam
• Help people achieve their dreams of homeownership
• Work in a self-directed, results-driven, and fast-paced environment
• Maintain a competitive, energetic, and positive attitude
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, including persuasive selling skills
• Ensure high-speed internet connectivity for remote work (Cable or Fiber ONLY with Ethernet capability)

Requirements

• Experience selling and/or in a service-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
• High-speed internet with minimum speeds:
  • 70/30 Mbps (basic use)
  • 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared use)
  • 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
• Remote work applicants may not work from California

Pay

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $12.00-$16.50, against commission based on individual performance. Target annual compensation ranges from $50,000 – $200,000, with top performers consistently averaging over $100,000 per year.
