Entry Level Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist (Pit Crew) - MFAB
About the role
Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed
Track and assemble of parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time
Complete qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production
Track critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance
Have an on-the-job training plan that provides a clear path to required certifications and advancement

Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
- Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays

- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Skills
- Strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets
- Able to effectively collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings
