Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings.
- Absorb and address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners.
- Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods.
- Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness.
- Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs.
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and community outreach campaigns.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation required.
