About the role

Tidewater’s Management Training Program (MTP) is designed to educate you in all areas of business operations and provides extensive in-house training to ensure your professional success. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns, learn how to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
• Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends
• Generating leads and qualifying prospects
• Assisting in the creation of sales presentations and proposals
• Cross-training in all departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
