About the Role
Zinger Property Group (affiliate of RuMe Property Management) is searching for a skilled Entry Level Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in Lexington, KY. A successful candidate can come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, apartment maintenance, and other related fields. This role offers on-the-job training and paid certification opportunities in a recession-proof field.

Responsibilities
- Grounds pick up
- Maintaining the curb appeal of the properties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
- Apartment trash outs
- Assist with completion of work orders
- Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
