Entry Level Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are currently seeking an entry-level maintenance candidate who is mechanically inclined to join our maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Preforming scheduled maintenance
• Repairing production equipment
• S supporting equipment installations
• Assisting team members with training or troubleshooting to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Customer focused attitude with the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Complex problem solving/critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with a diverse staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Ability to maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
• Ability to continuously observe and promote safety standards
• Strong math skills
• Willingness to make decisions but know when to include others in the decision-making process
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment

Qualifications

• Equipment Knowledge: Equipment that the maintenance department is responsible for includes, but is not limited to, flatbed and tube lasers, press brakes, CNC mills and lathes, saws, finishing machines, and welding equipment including both manual and robotic.
