Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Type II or Universal is highly preferred
• Energetic, responsible and organized
• A true team-player mentality

About the Role

Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
Perform on-call emergency service as required
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
