Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential).
6‑Month Raise: Earn an extra $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment.
U.S. pay range for this position is $23 – $24/hourly; final pay considers location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
