Our Junior Loan Officer P.A.T.H. program is a fully paid, hands-on apprenticeship designed to turn high-potential individuals into licensed Loan Officers ready to thrive in one of the most rewarding industries in the country.

Responsibilities

• Field sales calls and help future homeowners take their first step
• Learn the ins and outs of mortgage finance while earning a paycheck
• Build rapport, ask the right questions, and deliver trusted service
• Train for your license — we pay for your course and fees
• Earn promotions and income increases at each milestone
• Graduate to a full Loan Officer role — with uncapped earning potential

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, service industry, etc.)
• Competitive spirit and relentless drive to succeed
• A self-starter mindset and hunger to learn
• Strong communicator and team player
• Integrity and work ethic above all

Pay

We cover all costs for training and licensing, so there is no additional pay required.

Schedule

The program typically lasts 3-4 months, during which you will transition from an apprentice to a licensed professional.
