What You’ll Do
- Aid customers with loan applications and guide them through the process
- Examine basic customer information and assist in determining loan options
- Offer friendly, professional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Support loan disbursement, payment processing, and basic collection activities
- Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with your team to achieve branch and company objectives
- Learn about various lending products, procedures, and compliance requirements
