What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets, and other company equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and user access issues
- Set up and deploy computers, monitors, phones, and peripherals for new hires and existing employees
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup, password resets, permissions, and equipment tracking
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technology assets
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printer, and network connectivity issues throughout the facility
- Aid employees with ERP systems, production software, and internal systems access
- Aid with conference room technology, TVs, Teams meetings, and presentation equipment
- Support cybersecurity best practices including MFA, password policies, and antivirus updates
- Document support requests, recurring issues, and resolutions
- Support software rollouts, upgrades, and company technology projects
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking, printers, troubleshooting, and user account management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests
- High level of professionalism, dependability, and confidentiality
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments is a plus
- Associate degree or technical certifications are a plus, but not required
