Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to our team members via the ticketing system, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Aid in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of employee workstations and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts across various systems, including creation, modification, and password resets.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary, providing detailed information for resolution.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for technical procedures, user guides, and our internal knowledge base.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects as required.

Qualifications

  • A strong passion for technology and a keen interest in technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • A foundational understanding of computer operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and customer-service-oriented approach to all tasks.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role or relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+) are advantageous but not essential for candidates who can demonstrate the right aptitude and a willingness to learn.
