Responsibilities
- Provide help desk and technical support to end users
- Support information assurance, risk management, and cybersecurity compliance activities
- Assist with data entry, quality reviews, reporting, and analytics
- Support project coordination, management, and business process improvements
- Assist with software testing, documenting results, and identifying defects
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
