Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical simulation equipment (no prior field service experience required)
- Work with Windows 11-based systems
- Connect devices to customer networks
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service at hospitals and universities
- Travel to customer locations throughout your assigned region
Requirements
- 1-3 years of IT experience or recent IT-related education
- Familiarity with Windows 11
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Addressing)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical or electronics aptitude is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a technical assessment
Travel Requirements
- Monday-Friday travel within a 5-hour driving radius
- Flights provided when necessary
- Hotel accommodations provided for overnight travel
- Home on weekends
- All business travel expenses covered

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:

Schedule
This role requires Monday-Friday travel with weekends at home. This is a fully onsite position based in Rochester, NY.
This is a contract position anticipated to close on Jul 31, 2026.
