Entry Level Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Hansen Pole Buildings, LLC is seeking talented Inside Sales Representatives for their newly opened West Fargo, ND office. This position involves designing and selling custom pole building kit packages across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide common sense solutions to clients through phone and email communication
• Design and sell pole building kit packages using cloud-based proprietary design and pricing software
• Manage client relationships over weeks and months through the design process
• Train on proprietary design software from a company designer
• Update client management program after each client contact
• Receive qualified hot leads from the company
• Communicate with clients via email and phone for up to 4-6 hours per day

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with technology
• Willingness to work long hours
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Experience with specialized niches like aircraft hangars, equestrian facilities, self-storage, cabins, wedding venues, and churches can be beneficial
• No prior construction experience necessary, but familiarity with pole buildings is helpful
• Ability to navigate the internet and use email effectively

Pay

The salary range for this position is $32,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, with a completely uncapped commission structure.

Schedule

Two shifts available: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Relocation to West Fargo, ND 58078 is required before starting work.
