Entry Level In-home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean living environment
• Provide companionship and support social engagement
• Aid with transportation to appointments and errands
• Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors

Requirements

• 1-2 years of caregiving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass background check and saliva drug test
