Job Summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well
• Create meaningful relationships with individuals served
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year post permit
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting Sevita's insurability policy

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required in Minnesota
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
