Training

    • A high school diploma is required.
    • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience in customer service, project management, training, or business analysis is a plus.
    • Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a driven individual to help customers succeed and excel at managing multiple priorities. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding customers through the successful launch and adoption of our software solutions. Your day-to-day may include coordinating project milestones, configuring software to meet unique customer requirements, and delivering user training—all while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Roles may vary from project management to training or specification setup, depending on your assigned team.
