About the role
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the successful deployment and integration of new software solutions within an organization. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing technical support during implementation, and ensuring smooth transition to the new system.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing new software solutions effectively.
- Provide technical support during the implementation phase.
- Ensure seamless transition to the new system post-deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation or IT support.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
