Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the successful deployment and integration of new software solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Developing and maintaining documentation related to system implementations.
• Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT implementation or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and service providers.

Skills

• Technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
