Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician
About the role
REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HVAC. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced HVAC Service and Commercial Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment
- Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving record required)
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including running gas hoses, installing ducting and ventilation, setting up equipment for operation
- Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Acceptable driving record (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
Physical demands: ability to stand for extended periods; ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift; ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
Qualifications
- EPA Certification (preferred, not required)
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
- Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (with on-call rotations and overtime opportunities; weekends as needed). Minimal overnight travel; regional travel to WY, UT, NM, and NE.
