About the role

This position offers in-home healthcare services to clients in the Alexandria VA area. Capital City Nurses provides free training for Personal Care Aide certification and offers a variety of benefits including overtime opportunities, paid in-service training, referral and incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation - Maintain client confidentiality and follow all safety protocols - Communicate regularly with clients and family members regarding care progress

Requirements

- Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided) - Two satisfactory professional references - Reliable transportation - Dependable and empathetic
