About the role
As an Entry Level Gutter Installer, you’ll work outside in all weather conditions and seasons. We provide training, tools, personal and professional improvement resources, and routines to help you succeed on the job, with your team, and in your personal life. Responsibilities
- Install gutters and related systems
- Work collaboratively with a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with the company
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Qualifications (Preferred)
- 2 years of exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training
- Passion for gutters and home improvement
