About the role

As an installer at TruTeam, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our values of integrity and innovation by delivering solutions that make a difference in the communities we serve. You will install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company.

Responsibilities

• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools, and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

• Local daily travel to job sites.
• Out of town travel as required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Physical strength, including lifting up to 50 pounds depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
