Entry-Level Fast Track Sales Manager
About the role
New York Life Insurance Company is interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals to join the Fast Track Partner program. The program includes starting as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience, transitioning into management as an Associate Partner after completing the training program, and earning a compensation range of $120,000 - $140,000.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals
- Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds
- Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
- Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
- Recruit and develop your own team
- Help grow a sales office
- Create a team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry
- Sales experience is needed
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus
- Coachable
- Self-driven
- Highly motivated
- Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens
