- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support or client services role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
