Entry Level - Facilities Command Center Technician

About the role

As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data
• Cooking meals at a cost-effective price
• Attend to emergencies like natural disasters or power outages
• Coordinate with internal teams and emergency services
• Ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly

Requirements

• Live in Madison, WI
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Open to working 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
