Entry-Level Fabrication Industrial Engineer

Position Responsibilities

  • Planner and monitor headcount and resource planning for Fabrication Operations.
  • Plan for approximately 1,800+ direct touch hourly employees, along with several hundred indirect hourly and management type employees.
  • Provide reports and plans to 13 senior managers, 4 directors, and a VP for Fabrication.
  • Monitor and apply factors to demand around emergent issues and quality.
  • Interface with senior leadership and executive leadership on headcount planning and efficiency planning.
  • Use tools such as Access, Excel, SAP, etc., with advanced Excel skills, including modeling and forecasting.
  • Model existing dependent demand from SAP, as well as potential independent demand from various outside sources.
  • Support demand management team and decision support for the Fabrication Organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of IE Tools used in production, including capacity analysis, facility layout, and production improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an Aircraft or Aerospace Manufacturing environment.
  • Finance experience.

Summary Pay Range

$59,800 - $91,650

Export Control Requirements
