Entry-Level Data Center Technician
About the role
Interested in technology, working with your hands, and being part of the teams that build critical infrastructure? We're hiring Entry-Level Data Center Technicians to support large-scale data center projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced technicians installing equipment, routing cabling, and helping build the infrastructure that keeps modern businesses connected. No previous data center experience is required. We provide training and are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Whether your experience is in construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, military service, electrical work, or general labor, we want to hear from you. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities
- Pull and route cabling throughout a state-of-the-art data center
- Assemble and install equipment racks
- Scan, label, and organize equipment
- Assist with infrastructure installations
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Learn industry best practices from experienced technicians
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a physical environment
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
