Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support building products, customer service, sales, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.
About the role
As the Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will analyze business data and transform it into accurate reports, trends, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations from spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
- Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
- Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies; document resolutions across product, order, and customer operations.
- Translate analysis into clear summaries explaining trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the team.
- Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reporting remains reproducible.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.
Requirements
- Relevant analytical training or practical experience; prior analyst-level experience is preferred.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
- Comfort working with large datasets and verifying calculations, filters, joins, and data quality.
- Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$71,500 - $80,500 per year
