Entry-Level Data Analyst

BiyaheKo PH is adding an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

About the role

In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel booking and agent support.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the BiyaheKo PH team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel booking and agent support.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$71,000 - $80,000 per year
