Entry-Level Data Analyst

Fly My Group is hiring an Entry-Level Data Analyst to work across group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations. This role focuses on analyzing business data and transforming it into accurate reports, trends, and actionable insights.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies, and document resolutions across group airfare and traveler operations.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Fly My Group team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$72,000 - $80,500 per year
