Entry-Level Data Analyst

About the Role

One New Creation is seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations. This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems related to moving, call-center, logistics, and operations.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate and document resolutions for unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries explaining trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reproducible reporting.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while safeguarding confidential business and customer information.

Qualifications

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI tools, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and verifying calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay

Base salary: $71,000 - $80,000 per year

Full-time, 100% remote (United States)
