Entry-Level Data Analyst

CodeVertex Talent is hiring an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, business insights, and data quality workflows. This role helps turn structured information into clear, useful reporting for operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting and operational review.
• Build or maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly through summaries, charts, and structured updates.
• Maintain data quality, repeatable reporting workflows, and accurate records.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and data.
• Ability to organize information clearly and explain findings in practical terms.
• Reliable communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
• Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment
