Entry-Level Data Analyst

About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Data Analyst to support reporting, data cleaning, dashboard updates, and analysis across operational datasets. This is a United States remote position with structured expectations for communication, documentation, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring workstreams across this role’s core responsibilities, including analysis, documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Review business inputs, data, documentation, controls, or operational signals for accuracy and completeness.
• Create clear written summaries, dashboards, trackers, process notes, or recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Persistently partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and improve operating workflows.
• Maintain structured records and support repeatable remote processes with strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Some experience, coursework, training, or strong interest related to the responsibilities of this role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, spreadsheet, and organization skills.
• Ability to work with structured data, process notes, business requirements, dashboards, or recurring trackers.
• Comfort working remotely with clear deadlines, status updates, and ownership of follow-through.
• Attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and practical problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards, CRM, financial systems, compliance tools, or workflow automation.
• Ability to turn messy inputs into clean documentation and practical recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.

Compensation And Work Environment

The salary range for this role is $66,000 – $90,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is remote within the United States.
